The dog show!

So, I've decited to break into the elite sport of Dog showing. I've already got access to the worlds finest Dogs, there's only one problem. I don't have a dog pedestal to show them on!!! So I found a plan online yesterday, bought a piece of plywood and had Jordan help me. Through blood and tears we asembled a stand worthy of the dogs above them.

Ok, actualy I'm a huge nerd and this is a 20" stand for doing crossfit, a lot of the work outs call for box jumps. So now I can do

3 rounds for time of
400m run
185 lb deadlift, 15 reps
21 box jumps.
